{Morning Thoughts} My heart is full!
{Morning Thoughts} My heart is full! I am so very blessed to have the support of such an amazing team (both past and present) who have ALWAYS been there for me AND for the women and babies we love to serve. Had our STAFF MEETING this morning via Zoom – ALL present and correct! Some with power, some without, some displaced, some at home, most with ‘stir-crazy’ kids whooping it up in the background LOL! ALL happy, grateful and ready to jump into the fray as we launch Operation Hurricane Irma Disaster Recovery. We have shared out the 63 patients from the Easy Access Women’s Health Clinic who would have been able to receive their checkups and be reassured about their baby today, and will try to reach each of them to provide a ‘virtual prenatal care’ visit by phone, internet, or social media.
So far no ‘Irma babies’ but we are ready to receive deliveries at The Birth Place again! Yay!
Thanks for hanging in with us, keep praying!
“The first question which the priest and the Levite asked was: ‘If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?’ But…the good Samaritan reversed the question: ‘If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.
